Full Service Bar
Wide variety of Spirits and Beer are available for purchase. A bartender is included in Venue Rental Agreement. (For larger events - extra bartender fee -$75) Waters Edge has its own liquor liability insurance (no additional cost to you). If you deem it necessary, a liability rider can be added.
Parking
On site parking for all your guests. Several spaces are reserved to accommodate special needs.
(We also have special transportation for guests needing assistance down to The Pavilion)
Time Access
Full Weekend rentals include access on Friday for dropping off supplies, decorating, etc., and for weddings - rehearsal time (rehearsal dinner meals are available @ a per person fee). Full day Saturday, with supply retrieval on Sunday if available.
In addition....With Wedding bookings, feel free to have your engagement photo session on the premises with our compliments.
Security Guard
Security is included in Venue Rental Agreement. However, for overly large events, an additional charges will be added for extra personnel.
Additional Details
If chairs are needed for outdoor events, we can supply and setup sturdy cushioned maplewood at the location of your choice for $2.75 each.
We do have extra barrels and such on hand, if desired, a small rental charge can be arranged.
Waters Edge strongly suggests procuring a professional Event Specialist. Generally, their services includes planning, attending meetings, and onsite management. In addition for weddings- Decor, flowers, cake, tablecloths, photography, & music are all traditionally arranged by your Event Specialist. We would be happy to recommend the Best of the Best for this vital service. It is a sure way to make your special day as stress free and lovely, as possible!
